My brother is a type 1 diabetic so they have told me from the beginning that I am at risk for Gestational Diabetes. I have had an appointment for April to do the 3 hour test for two months now. However I have just had my 20 week scan (at 22 weeks) and they said baby is very big. He also has a very large stomach so they advised that Gestational diabetes is highly likely. They didn't move up my appointment but advised me to start following the diet.
My brother helped me figure out how to test my blood and he thinks my numbers look good but that is based on him being insulin reliant type 1. The hospital have not given me any information yet on testing look, just on diet.
Would any of you think last night / this morning's fasting numbers look OK? I don't really know how to interpret them.
Pre dinner 3.6 1 hour after dinner 7.2 This morning's fasting numbers were 4.1
I am based in Ireland if measurements make any difference,

- Are you open to refurbs/used? only if they will last me at least 3-4 years
- How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? Build quality is essential for me, I absolutely hate screens that wobble when you move the laptop around, and keyboards that bend. I should be able to run a decent amount of video editing, autoCAD and blender on it, but nothing too overkill- just the basics. Battery life should last me most of my day, and at least be able to be conveniently charged when needed. aside from that i dont mind compromises in other areas.
- How important is weight and thinness to you? weight is very important because i want to be able to carry this thing around my campus and keep a relatively light backpack

Hello, for some rough background information before I delve a bit deeper. I had a highschool sweetheart of 6 years, which was from the age of 16-23. We eventually separated as we both agreed we hadn't truly been able to figure ourselves out as individuals since we were always together and lived together since 19.
We separated around august of 2022. Since then I have made many changes and since found myself, I feel. I have a healthier lifestyle, self discipline, more active, spontaneous the list goes on. I was able to explore myself alot this last year. Needless to say, after 6 years together that breakup really does a number on you. I was suicidal for a period but have since gotten a better grasp on my mental health and started therapy. During this time apart I was able to boost my confidence, save and earn alot more money with my extra time and had a lot more experiences in general that I just never would've otherwise. When I wasnt a sad blob that is.
My ex contacted me and we started talking again. We told each other what we had been doing and shared our sexual escapades. We spent an entire day together when we first saw each other after a year and everything just felt like the old days, the good days. We kissed, hugged, explored, talked and I felt good about our interactions and so did she. We have been calling and talking which has been great and we both still love eachother and want to see where things go. I dreamt of this moment for a year. I lost countless hours of sleep and endured mental turmoil for months over this girl. The girl I was rejected by when I proposed 5 times in the past. The girl that I gave my heart and soul to. We were both very loyal and had never hurt one another. That was not the issue, the main issue in our relationship was how dependent we were on eachother and specifically me, I depended on her for alot in my life.
Here's the issue. Only one girl made me feel safe, secure and trusted aside from my ex. She's been told and respectfully informed of me testing the waters with my ex again as this other girl and I were never officially BF/GF but did go on a number of dates and share our feelings/experiences/interests with one another and surprisingly aligned alot. We have almost everything in common. When I told her about my ex she wished me the best and said whatever I choose to pursue that she hopes its what I truly feel will make me happiest and is best for me. Everything with my ex is so complicated and messy with our friends and family all separated and on eachothers sides rather than meshed as it once was.
I am having trouble because on one hand, I have everything that I've been praying and hoping for coming back into my life sitting right at my doorstep. And on the other hand I have a girl that I very much could be happy with and start something new with. I have been reading books of stoicism and cannot for the life of me tell which of these two paths is the one less traveled. Which of these two paths am I to commit and endure through good or bad. I am fiercely loyal and believe both of these women are as well. I have no doubts about either of them that whatever I pick I will be happy, but cannot tell what to do.
I guess im just looking for advice. I believe my ex and I are still compatible and the love is definitely still there. She knows me better than anyone on earth and has never broken my trust, loyalty or even came close. The way I see this is that I have 2 doors. I have a door to something that I know, and if comfortable. A door that opens to someone that I care and love deeply. As well as a door to the unknown full of endless possibilities and new experiences.
Am I weak for going back to my ex? I cant help but feel like its a step backwards...But I also know we've both changed, and our love was so immaculate before, imagine what it could be now that we have bettered ourselves. We separated around august of 2022. Since then I have made many changes and since found myself, I feel. I have a healthier lifestyle, self discipline, more active, spontaneous the list goes on. I was able to explore myself alot this last year. Needless to say, after 6 years together that breakup really does a number on you. I was suicidal for a period but have since gotten a better grasp on my mental health and started therapy. During this time apart I was able to boost my confidence, save and earn alot more money with my extra time and had a lot more experiences in general that I just never would've otherwise. When I wasnt a sad blob that is.
My ex contacted me and we started talking again. We told each other what we had been doing and shared our sexual escapades. We spent an entire day together when we first saw each other after a year and everything just felt like the old days, the good days. We kissed, hugged, explored, talked and I felt good about our interactions and so did she. We have been calling and talking which has been great and we both still love eachother and want to see where things go. I dreamt of this moment for a year. I lost countless hours of sleep and endured mental turmoil for months over this girl. The girl I was rejected by when I proposed 5 times in the past. The girl that I gave my heart and soul to. We were both very loyal and had never hurt one another. That was not the issue, the main issue in our relationship was how dependent we were on eachother and specifically me, I depended on her for alot in my life.
Here's the issue. Only one girl made me feel safe, secure and trusted aside from my ex. She's been told and respectfully informed of me testing the waters with my ex again as this other girl and I were never officially BF/GF but did go on a number of dates and share our feelings/experiences/interests with one another and surprisingly aligned alot. We have almost everything in common. When I told her about my ex she wished me the best and said whatever I choose to pursue that she hopes its what I truly feel will make me happiest and is best for me. Everything with my ex is so complicated and messy with our friends and family all separated and on eachothers sides rather than meshed as it once was.
I am having trouble because on one hand, I have everything that I've been praying and hoping for coming back into my life sitting right at my doorstep. And on the other hand I have a girl that I very much could be happy with and start something new with. I have been reading books of stoicism and cannot for the life of me tell which of these two paths is the one less traveled. Which of these two paths am I to commit and endure through good or bad. I am fiercely loyal and believe both of these women are as well. I have no doubts about either of them that whatever I pick I will be happy, but cannot tell what to do.
I guess im just looking for advice. I believe my ex and I are still compatible and the love is definitely still there. She knows me better than anyone on earth and has never broken my trust, loyalty or even came close. The way I see this is that I have 2 doors. I have a door to something that I know, and if comfortable. A door that opens to someone that I care and love deeply. As well as a door to the unknown full of endless possibilities and new experiences.
Am I weak for going back to my ex? No dice.

It's often said that had the Seahawks ran the ball instead, they would've won. This (along with other potential scenarios that could've played out) made me wonder how different Russell Wilson's stats would've been.
So I looked into what those stats would've been.
Game, Yards Per Attempt
Bold = Highest out of data set
(x) = Rank for that category out of all Super Bowl passing performances (the rank isn't listed if it's outside the top ten)
Note for the top row (aka what happened in real life): The leaderboard on Pro Football Reference lists the yards per attempt as 11.8 while the passer rating calculator from nfeloapp.com says it's 11.7 because they round differently. Throughout the table where there's 247 yards on 21 attempts, I listed 11.8 as the yards per attempt.
For the scenarios where Russell Wilson has 12.3 yards per attempt, he ranks above Matt Ryan because when expanded more, Wilson has 12.35 compared to Ryan's 12.348.
For the scenarios where Russell Wilson has 10.7 yards per attempt, he ranks above Phil Simms because when expanded more, Wilson has at least 10.74 compared to Simms' 10.72.

Hi. I'm been using TN (Tutanota) for a while now but recently after struggling using TN, I decied to try out PM (Protonmail) and then decided to switching to PM for the time being. There just some feature TN lack that really bother me:

- First of all the deal breaker for me, extended email filtering: combined filter conditions on PM is just so well done that it make TN look so bad for me, yeah I know TN have Header filtering and support regex but it just so tedious and headache to maintain these filtering, and some subscription email does not have plain subject text, if I want to combine subject condition on these type of email, it either impossible or need a really tricky regex to filter these out.
- Notification: basically useless for me, not able to see the email subject/sender on the notification, I don't know which notification worth opening to check when I received notification, I know TN also encrypt subject and metadata which is a plus when it come to privacy but yeah it just doesn't fit me.
- Mail loading time: TN decrypt and filtering out email when I opened the app, sometimes if I stack a lot of mail and didn't check the app, it just take a long time to decrypt those mail out, it's a plus point for privacy but doesn't fit my need in this case.
- Email client: not a dealbreaker, but I have to manage both email client Thunderbird and TN since my company still using gmail, might be security reason that TN doesn't have bridge.
- Calendar subscription.
- UI: not really a dealbreaker for me, I can live with current TN UI, but compare to other email service or your competitor PM, TN just doesn't look that modern, I know the UI is simple, it good and it can get the job done but still doesn't hide the fact that it does not look modern especially the dark mode for me, idk why but greenish and dark just doesn't fit imo, but UI improvement can come later, feature should be a priority, the majority of users doesn't have problem with current UI anyway, changing it might be a deal breaker for some.
