My top 10 FAVORITE Monster High Character Designs
((Starting with 10, going up to 1))
  1. Jackson Jekyll
I like Jackson’s outfit a lot, even though I’m not a huge fan of yellow. Of the mansters, his design is probably my favorite.
  1. Honey Swamp
I love her bayou look, and I think she is one of the more creative and interesting ghouls!
  1. Scarah Screams
I think I like how simple Scarah is. That could be in part because she is mostly a background ghoul, but I feel like she’s sleek and has a wearable element to her.
  1. Lagoona Blue
I like that Lagoona has more of an athletic aesthetic than most of the other ghouls. I think it fits her well and I may have a soft spot, since she was the first doll I had. I think my attachment to her original design makes her g3 design more disappointing to me.
  1. Lorna McNessie
I just think Lorna is super cute and I like the way she’s designed. It’s a little on the nose, but I really like it!
  1. Spectra Vondergeist
I love the ball & chain aspect of her design, like she’s a shackled ghost.
  1. Rochelle Goyle
I adore Rochelle, character and design. I love gargoyles and I think they made her so pretty and fun.
  1. Draculaura
Draculaura is just precious. I love her gen 1 design, and of the Gen 3 designs, she is probably my favorite. The black and pink and white just works so well.
  1. Wydowna Spider
What an underrated ghoul. I love her design. I think she’s one of the coolest characters and dolls.
  1. Abbey Bominable
I love both Gen 1 and Gen 3 Abbey. They are both some of the prettiest dolls Monster High has ever produced.
You may have noticed these are primarily the earlier characters and doll. I feel like after a certain point, the creators started using colors that felt “tacky” and didn’t fit the characters they were going for. I think I’ll probably do a “Top 10 Least Favorites” next, as I have some thoughts on some of the characters.

This is just my “out of box” dolls, but I have a few in boxes that I really love and have displayed!
I am a bit of a weird collector, because I don’t feel the need to have the different variants of each doll. I really just want the basics of each character.
This is the collection I’ve built since I was 10 (22 now). My fave dolls are probably Honey Swamp, Abbey Bominable, and Rochelle Goyle.
If you know good places to find in or out of box dolls, please let me know!

So I’ve tried washing my doll several times even blocked washed twice I don’t wanna use a hair straightener since I’m not that advance or redoing hair. But no matter wat I do it feel like wax I’ve used dawn fish soap both shampoo and conditioner and it still won’t wash off so I need help asap. For context she is Monster High Travel Scaris Rochelle Goyle Doll. I think she’s g1 but yeah if anyone can help .

I also have a original MH bag. It’s clean and hasn’t been used.
And apparently my mom kept all the lost arms in a little box so that helps.

When I was little girl I was obsessed with monster high dolls. Now that I a little older I’m finding A LOT and I think I just found the first two boxes. A lot of them are missing their clothes and two or three are missing hands. They aren’t ruined, I was a really creative kid and surprised they aren’t covered in paint. I know I’m not going to use them and don’t plan on having kids. I am moving and do want to make a little money. What do you suggest I do? How would I fix their hair and make them presentable?
