Hey , I am planning a trip to visit europe in August , it would be a 20-25days trip and I plan to visit multiple countries. Saw a post on how to make a max duration and level elixir and did the recipie correct but i still some times get a level 2 with max duration. I believe that the recipie was a hightail lizard, 2 hot footed frogs, monster extract and, a lizalfos talon (tried using guts instead of a talon same result and have been using dragon horns instead of extract same result). Any tips?

I had a very abusive childhood and my family is out of the picture. People were always fascinated by my life story and called me strong and brave for getting through it. I’ve felt validated by that attention which is why I think I’ve turned it into a part of my identity. I keep bringing my past up as soon as I feel it’s socially the right time when I meet new people, but it’s especially bad when I’m drunk as I tend to overshare too soon and sometimes I try to talk about the most terrible things to get a reaction out of people for attention. I’ve realized that I do this to come off as more interesting and to make people feel protective over me to force a closer relationship with them.
I’ve had a bf for about a year now and I’ve realized that I’m not even myself around him. I talk in a baby voice, I act ditzy and dumber than I am like a ”damsel in distress”. It’s caused a weird dynamic between us where if I do something wrong, he’ll be afraid to adress it to me because he’s afraid of hurting my feelings.

I'm pretty proud of myself for making it this long on hard mode.
But even though my actions are in the right place, my mind is often not.
I get easily distracted by a woman walking past in a tight dress, a woman bending over in the grocery aisle, a woman stretching in the gym, etc... Some of this is natural, but I think my mind is filled with lust more than it should be. It distracts me from my day errands. It also distracts me on dates or when watching TV / YouTube videos with an attractive female presenter.
Anyways, yesterday, after some research, I decided to start meditating. Two days in, I feel much more relaxed and less lusty if that's a word. Now I aim to build a meditation streak alongside my nofap streak.
