I’ve been playing poker for about a month and I spend most of my free time engaged with poker material in some way (youtube videos from Poker Coaches, live streams, playing etc.). I specifically watch a lot of Jonathan Little content just because he was specifically recommended to me and he said he studied poker a lot before he ever even played. I’ve played a little bit either home games with friends (which I always crush), some 5NLz and 10NLz online (about 10-15 hrs like 15k hands which Ive had some crazy variance with. Usually +/-4 buyins within 60-90min but overall I’m about break even maybe slightly losing).
Anyway I got a free trial to Poker Coaching and started going through his cash game masterclass. I found the way he broke down ranges and hand bucketing to come up with a balanced strategy very helpful. The issue is, I have absolutely 0 idea how I’m supposed to actually do this in game with 20 seconds. I can theoretically imagine that it’s possible for a master poker player with tons of experience to visualize their entire range and bucket their hands to come up with a fairly balanced strategy for their range based off their opponents entire range fairly quickly, I mean chess pros do much more complicated mental work, so I’m assuming I should hope to be able to do this one day but:

1. I really don’t get how I can apply this in a practical setting. Like yeah I know I should have certain ratios of draws to made hands and certain ratios of bluffs to value bets etc etc. But when I’m in a hand and have 15-30seconds to act, what should I actually be doing? If I can’t visualize my range, count up all my bluffs, marginal hands, strong and weak draws, and premium hands, and verify that my raising, checking calling, check raising, check folding, and folding ranges are all balanced is poker not for me?
   
2. This strategy feels very all or nothing, like either you can mind palace every single preflop range scenario against every distinct board type and bucket all your different hands to make sure you have enough draws for made hands and enough bluffs etc etc. or you can’t. That’s how it feels at least, in reality I know that not every winning player that tries to play solid fundamental poker can do this perfectly. But how is this even useful if you can only do 10% of it at first? What does that even look like?
   

I think I’m so lost that I’m not quite sure how to articulate what I’m lost on so hopefully my question makes sense? It seems like all poker training material I’ve watched just assumes I know how to take the stuff their teaching and apply it to practical settings but I have no clue. It’s like, I understand what poker at the highest levels should look like and recognize it probably takes years of study and thousands of hours of practical experience, but I don’t really understand what the journey to that looks like. I’d also be willing to take course recommendations if there are better courses that actually lay out how you can learn and use this information step by step in a real session.

I started therapy around 1 1/2 years ago because I was at a very low point with panic attacks every second day, not being able to eat properly and crying every day, being triggered by everything.
I made really big progress throughout the year and my (really great) therapist helped me get better and also helped me through a rough time (I had to move twice). But since around 6 months everything is pretty stable? I live in a nice place now, my relationship is stable (we don't fight), my family causes many issues still, sure, but I live quite far away from them now so I was able to distance myself a bit.. idk, the last few weeks I only tell positive things in therapy and it's been pretty long since I cried there.
Now my therapist suggested that maybe it's enough to come by every second week only (I started with twice a week). And while I totally understand her reasoning, I kinda had a realization, too.
Will I never be fully healed? Because yeah, everything is mostly stable, but I still get anxiety when faced with confrontations (i guess more anxiety than "normal" people). I still don't know what real, healthy love is. I still get anxious and jealous in my relationship. I still get scared when people in authority sound annoyed towards me. I still don't know how to truly "relax". I'm still not the confident person I wish I were, even if things are a 100% better than they used to be 1 1/2 years ago. My mental health feels "ok" but not "good"?
So... where to go from here? Obviously I will talk to my therapist about this in a week, too, but I wanted your input, too.
Do I just accept that I can never become the person I wish I was without the abuse? (Confident and not afraid of confrontations) Is there anything specific I can do now?

On a day I woke up and received a phone call from a friend. He was telling me that something terrible happened in Russel's chat.
 
I ran upstairs to my PC and saw it... Russel slaughtered their Mods and VIPs.
Not only that, but a few minutes after entire SWAT came into my house to give me an eviction notice, telling me I should leave the house RIGHT NOW...
They told me that I can't afford the rent. And that all, because Russel unmodded me.
 
Not only did he unmod me, but also my entire family... My mom... my dad... my sister, my little brother...
he even un-vip'd my dog... and my cat..
 
Due to my father getting unmodded. They lost their job. My mom was sent into the hospital 3 minutes after being unmodded.
And my sister and my little brother all literally crying, along with all cousins I know.
 
He even unmodded Moon and modded my girlfriend instead. I don't have a girlfriend anymore... she left me, because Russel stole them from me.
Now, I am crying..
Not only did that happen, but 1 month later, Russel got another new girlfriend.
 
He even unmodded this one guy I know. He'd sell unbans in the "Rime Town". Now, he starved to death, because he couldn't afford food anymore... and that all thanks to Russel.
As I am writing this, my dog and my cat just died.
 
My schoolmate was unmodded and got A+ in every test. But then he was ran over by a School Bus. And guess who was driving the bus. Some other guy that got unmodded.
They got mental insanity after being unmodded and started to make these akward bus stories.
 
I got unmodded and lost my house...
I am crying as well... all thanks to Russel...
Why did Russel do this? Just for content? JUST to entertain others??

I (F23)got engaged in December, my fiancé (M24) and I are based out of Northern California and as we all know California has insanely high wedding prices.
For as long as I can remember I always dreamed about having a great big wedding one day, I’m wearing a nice big white wedding dress walking down an aisle to the love of my life.
I’m about to graduate college and I’d like to save to buy a home as would my fiancé . We were planning on having about 75 ish people for our wedding but all the quotes we have gotten back are between 15-20k for all included amenities except the clothing, photography, misc decorations, hotel costs, ceremony decor and other misc items. The pricing is insane. With 15-20k we would be able to put a down payment on a 400-500k home and start our life.
The only thing I really care about is getting able to marry my fiancé, having a first dance and getting to celebrate a bit. But I don’t want to get eloped and maybe 20 years from now have regrets that I didn’t get to have a traditional wedding. Where I walked down the aisle with family and friends watching, a traditional first dance, garter toss, bouqet toss, speeches , etc.
I also feel bad because my wedding was supposed to be this September and all my bridesmaids had bought their dress already for the ceremony (each dress was about $100 and can also be worn outside of a wedding setting. As they’re not super formal dresses) . It then got pushed out to September 2024. If we elope I’d feel bad about having them not be able to use the dress for what it was intended for.
I also don’t want to look back and think maybe We could’ve started the life we wanted to have sooner rather than shelling out that much money for one day that most people in attendance besides family won’t remember.
Thoughts Or experiences any of you would like to share? Anyone here regret their big wedding or elopement?

Okay, so I am planning to write a story about all the Primarchs from Warhammer 40k ending up on Runeterra.
They would be their Great Crusade version, so no daemon primarch or Chaos corruption. Plus I was thinking of using as background the now closed If the Emperor watched the Text To Speech Device as an explanation of how they ended up in RT.
This is what I've planned so far. I hope you guys could give me some ideas to go their stories:
Magnus the Red is in the middle of Shurima, away from both Azir and Xerath's nations, initially. He would sense the Ascended souls and the Void. He decides to not investigate the Void yet, because he learned from his heresy self and he would prefer to look into it along with his brothers. So he decides to investigate the Ascended, and he meets Nasus. With his help and access to his library, Magnus manages to understand better RT lore. In exchange, Magnus helps Nasus with Xerath.
Leman Russ is in the Wild of the Freljord. Meeting with all the major tribes(Saves some avarosan from trolls and is thanked by Ashe and Tryndamere personally. He is attacked by Frostguard because Lissandra considers him a great threat to her plans. And Winter's Claw who are chased by the Ursine, with Udyr being the only one realizing how powerful a Primarch really is). He also meets Braum and becomes friends with him. He would end up fighting Volibear in his thousand pierced avatar and the Ursine.
Vulkan is near the entrance for Hearth-Home where he'll meet Ornn. He would start to forge with him, and will rekindle Ornn's hope just a little. He will help Leman against Volibear.
Lion and Mortarion are in the Shadow Isles killing everything that un-lives. They meet with Lucian and Senna, still trying to cleanse the Isles after the Ruination. Mortarion somehow "befriends" Yorik, sympathizing with his perseverance in trying to save the Isle. They'll start to track Thresh through RT realizing he is the one who controls the Black Mist now.
Angron and Lorgar are in the steppes around Noxus. They found a village where Riven is hiding after escaping the arena and helping the Sentinels. The village is attacked by a Noxian army who deploy Sion.
Konrad Curze is in Bilgewater giving Pyke a run for his money in terms of murdering pirates. Weird alliance with Miss Fortune to keep the city in order after he leaves. Saves the city from the Harrowing lead by Hecarim. Maybe Illaoi'll help fix his "precarious" mental state.
Jaghatai is in Ionia, near Karma's temple. He discusses the political situation of Ionia with Irelia and the spiritual with Karma, even partially awakening his powers. Will also interact with the Vastaya. Maybe also with the Kinkou.(not a lot of ideas for this one)
Perturabo is in Piltover, involuntarily causing tumults. He will interact with Heimerdinger first and then Jayce. He would also Draw Caitlyn and Vi attention for his armor and weapons. Maybe Orianna will try to meet him as well. Clan Ferros and Camille too(trying to recruit him).
Fulgrim is in Zaun, VOLUNTARILY causing tumults. Remembering his first years on his home planet he will try to help the people of Zaun out of their condition, attracting the sympathy of Zeri, Ekko and Seraphine, and the hate of Chem barons, Urgot and Renata. Camille and Pilt's higher ups don't like him either.
Ferrus Manus found the Viktor inspired cult and he is disgusted by it, destroying it. Then he will meet Viktor himself and they will discuss their philosophy.
Horus and Sanguinius are on Targon. Sanguinius saves some lunari/normal villagers from the solari(who are going full Ecclesiarcy in dealing with "heretics"), fighting Leona in the process. They meet with Pantheon and his band of mortal warriors. They'll discuss with him their nature as Primarchs and the matter of Gods and Demigods interfering with Humanity.
Alpharius Omegon ends up in Bandle City. Wacky shit happens.
I have exactly no idea what to do with Rogal Dorn. I would really appreciate suggestions.
Roboute Guilliman and Corvus Corax in Demacia(???). Same a Rogal, I have nearly zero ideas on what to do with these two. I believe Corvus would see how the mages are treated and become mega-pissed since he came form a world where his people were enslaved and at the same time start to reflect on his view of psykers. Roboute would try to... change Demacia's political structure... giving less power to the mage-seeker...?

I just bought a QNAP NAS, i'ts not very new, but the guy tell me that he has update to the latest firmware.
But I never get to finish the first setup, always says No disks attached.
After a few hours surfing, I try to check disks:

So I see my disks is well located and deleted. but also says is a removable disk, witch is not, are attached on internal bay.
But on first setup, I always get "No Disks"
I think the problem is the disks location for internal use or external use

all bays somehow are configure for external and not for internal use.
Do you know what file I need to change to add internal bays to be internal ? or a list or a file where I can edit removable disks or not removable disks?

We have been together for 6,5 years, live together for 5,5 years. The past three months have been tough, I have lately been feeling like there is no spark between us, I don’t feel anything when I am with him and I am starting to right down hate the sex. We have tried talking about it to figure it out but I honestly don’t even know where the problem is, I just don’t feel it anymore. He’s trying really hard to be nice and romantic but the way he does it, is the way that goes way down to the very core of his personality and perception of love and honestly, I don’t like it. I told him that we have very different ideas of what love is and then he started mocking me for saying it after 6+ years together. But this is by far not the first crisis like this and we have dealt with similar issues in the past, only now, I can’t get over those feelings. I told him that maybe we are not compatible and we should break up while we both still are relatively young but then he started telling me the worst patronising things about me already being old and that nobody will want to merry me in my 30s. We agreed to wait and see how things go but it has been 3 months and for me, it is getting worse. We are fighting several times a day now and I am just so tired of it. Whenever I say something about it, he tells me that it is better to fight than to be quiet and that fighting is actually healthy for the relationship. Whenever I tell him there is no spark, an hour later he comes to me, wants to snuggle and keeps on asking me if I love him until I say I do, just because I don’t want to pick another fight with him. And then when I remind him that the crisis is still a thing for me and I am still unsure of my feelings for him, he calls me emotionally unstable and tells me that I don’t know what I want. Whenever I bring the topic of breakup up he talks to me like I am a child that needs be told that it is not really what I want. I really don’t know what to do here. Help, please.

Continuously witnessing more and more ironman accounts unhappy with the fact that their freedom to change account type to a main account has been removed, without any warning from Jagex. I have friends who were given the freedom to make that decision, and then I've got friends who have had that option taken away from them.
People have schedules in their real life that drastically change, people age, people have responsibility, why do we have to start a new account from scratch, when we have a end game ironman, that could just have the status removed? The ironman account type requires a lot more upkeep than a normal account.

Long story short, I got covid in nov 2021, followed by bacterial vaginosis in the same month and a 8 month yeast infection.
Since the BV, I’ve had chronic perioral dermatitis for over a year. Clearing it isn’t the question anymore.
The question is stopping the flare ups from happening.
I’ve mastered clearing it but it keeps coming back with high stress or hormonal changes. So flare ups can happen multiple times a month.
What on earth can I do?! No doctor has been able to help me stop flare ups. They just give me creams to treat the flare up after it has happened.
Please help me. It’s making me incredibly insecure and depressed. I can’t even have sex without getting a flare up and it’s really impacting my relationship and sex life.
Even using the prescribed creams before a flare up does not prevent them. Only helpful after a flare up has started.
Creams used (past and present): antifungal miconazole, antibiotic metroconazole, low strength cortizone, benzoyl peroxide.
During flare ups I currently use the benzoyl peroxide and metroconazole.

I've always liked taking things apart and putting them back together. One thing that I always wanted to try since building my first computer was how to get into hobby electronics with the intention to build a variety of household gadgets or eventually get into robotics.
Unfortunately there's no nightschool classes or any equivalent that can teach this unless I'm willing to shell out a couple thousand and take six months to a year off work to start an electricians trade school course. Not feasible.
I have no idea where to begin, what pitfalls there are for someone just starting out or what the best way to learn this is. I'm not the best at self directed study, but I'm willing to five it my best shot. If I really enjoy it I may even consider a change in career into something tech adjacent.
Any advice?

Every single time I see my boyfriend, I just fall in love all over again. He is my best friend, my soulmate, and the absolute love of my life. I can’t even keep the smile off my face typing this.

But instead of having said serious discussion, they just turn to one character in the group (usually the MC) and everyone collectively decides to just leave the problem to the MC to fix. Bam, discussion over. Everyone scatters and the MC objects to no avail.
Most commonly seen in video games, but I've seen it a lot in other media. Occasionally in real life too.
