In December I was diagnosed with IIH. I’ve been dealing with all the headaches, vision problems, and other fun symptoms that come with it. However over the last few weeks my neck began to hurt, which was new. The back of my neck at the base of my head felt SO sore. Like I’d pulled it. But it didn’t go away after a few days. It’s gotten progressively worse and now my neck hurts so bad that I can’t keep my head upright for very long.
I had an upright MRI at the end of January. My cervical junction was labeled as normal. My question is: Would CCI progress this fast? Could I be clear in January and suddenly have it now? Or am I likely in the clear since I was fine at the end of January?

This was originally built by the one and only Minty love. His youtube channel is absolutely packed with great information regarding DMT and how to consume it as well as troubleshooting Teks. He also has his new website up called Mintylove.com which is packed with a ton of information on various vape builds, carts, and more. It's a library of content You won't be disappointed in! Unfortunately, his Reddit account is gone so in honor of him and the remarkable device that he shared with us all, I'm going to teach you how to build it and where I've found the parts to build it. The parts for the Emesh are very hard to find. I can't guarantee that the parts linked in this write-up will be in stock. However, if you feel like embarking on a quest and seeing what's available in your local area, this guide will explain everything you need. This device is hands down my favorite way to enjoy spice. It's compact, efficient, and very easy to use, especially when you're leaving your body behind. Since the Emesh allows you to ingest your desired dose in one very smooth hit, it's a great way to conserve and get the most out of your spice while achieving that breakthrough experience every time! With all due respect to the great Terrence McKenna, 3 big tokes are a thing of the past and I'm sure he would have loved to get his hands on one of these. The Emesh allows you to break through in one hit on surprisingly small doses which means your extraction yields go a lot further. Altogether this setup will on average cost about 100 USD depending on your local prices, taxes, and shipping costs. It's not the cheapest option on the market but I assure you it's worth every penny if you can find the parts. If you're looking for the best way to ingest your precious spice and finally get that breakthrough, you found it! There is absolutely nothing like it! I get asked all the time what the best way is to enjoy spice and, in my opinion, the Emesh leaves all other methods at the starting line. In this guide, we are going to build it from the bottom up. I'm going to provide links to every single piece needed for this build as well as pictures and alternative options in case availability is an issue. They come in a variety of colors so you can customize your personal set up. The Ageis solo / solo 2 comes with temperature control as well as adjustable wattage so you can get a perfect, controlled hit, every time. This battery is available at most smoke and vape shops around the USA. I recommend checking out your local vape shop before buying online because it's a very popular battery. However, if you want to buy it online, I bought mine Here. If they are out of stock, just google search the Geekvape Ageis solo / solo 2 and I'm sure you will easily find another vendor that sells this particular battery. In reality, any 100w box mod battery will do However, the Geekvape is particularly known for the temperature control setting. It's not 100% needed though as long as you have a box mod with adjustable wattage. Personally, I don't use temperature control on my battery and prefer to just use wattage mode. #2 The Mesh RDA or (Rebuildable Drip Atomizer)https://preview.redd.it/ay112629dmqa1.jpg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=365c079514d94d8260abd03839366ecd3e40398bThis is hands down the toughest part of the build and is going to be unlikely you find one in all honesty. It's the most difficult to find and what I get asked about the most. The reason why it is so hard to find is because the mesh RDA is dated technology and all the good companies basically discontinued it. They moved on to producing new versions like RBA's, RTA's, RDTA's, and so on. Luckily China is still producing Knock off brand RDA's that work just as well as the name brands. You just don't get the warranty with them. They are, however, very cheap so I always recommend buying a few extras just to have on hand in the future when mesh RDA's are just as hard to find as an original Pink Floyd vinyl. A few of the most common RDA's that will work with this build are... As I mentioned before, this will be the hardest part of the build. Some of these links listed above are going to be first come first serve and I can't 100% guarantee that you will get an RDA by following them because once I publish this, supplies are going to eventually run out as more people follow these exact links. However, keep checking back for them to restock. I do recommend that you start your search on wish or AliExpress as most of these style RDAs are going to be China reproductions. A mesh RDA is all you're looking for. If you absolutely cannot find a mesh RDA there are other options out there that are great alternatives. D-juice tanks are another common option and a better option than the sandwich method. If this seems more reasonable to you then definitely check out mintylove.com he has great videos with step-by-step build instructions. However, this post is for the Emesh so I'm not going to get into tanks and carts here. #3 The stainless-steel mesh for your RDAhttps://preview.redd.it/v3c7k3eddmqa1.jpg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=82c7f454ecd844e4c0f340e190a1efd37026437f This is eventually going to be hard to find as well because it is dated tech. However, currently, I buy mine here. This is #150 mesh, 0.9ohm, SS316l. It used to sell in 5-foot spools which is enough to last you a very long time. Its quickly becoming discontinued and out of stock as the Emesh gained popularity. If you are lucky enough to get your hands on a spool, you're set for a while! This mesh will fit into your RDA and provide the platform on which you will load the spice. There is a variety on the market, and you don't have to get the Vandy vape brand. Since mesh is becoming hard to find as well, people have turned to amazon and bought sheets of stainless-steel mesh to cut down themselves. Personally, I haven't tried this method so I can't speak to its authenticity. However, if it's your only option it might be worth a try. Just make sure to be safe and test everything before use. A simple test can be a dry fire with your battery and atomizer to make sure it functions properly and doesn't let off fumes or smoke (after burning off the factory oil of course). Just make sure it is truly what amazon advertises it as. #4 The extended glass drip tip / 810 to 510 adapterhttps://preview.redd.it/mga1hd9gdmqa1.jpg?width=3000&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7bb25a8e21204747d068c6c8426c6823a5ab0563The drip tip is an extended mouthpiece that will keep your lips away from the hot coil when you smoke. The drip tip comes in two sizes, 810 and 510. The 810 sizes will fit in the top hole on your RDA without the need for an adapter however, if they are out of stock or you can't find one, you can get the 510 sizes and pair it with an 810 to 510 reducing adapter. Currently, you can find drip tips on wish or Aliexpress. If you can't find an 810 size, then you will need this adapter to make the 510 size work. Most of my local vape shops haven't carried the extended mouthpiece but as always I encourage you to look around at your local shops to see what they might have in stock. conclusionI hope this helped you understand the Emesh a little more and hopefully made your search for parts a little easier. As I said, I can't guarantee that these links will lead you to success but at least you will know where to look for restocking. With enough persistence and effort, I'm sure you can eventually piece this very sought-after device together. It is definitely worth the effort I can assure you. As far as I know (as of a couple months ago), my SP was in a 3P relationship. I was having a lot of trouble with constantly viewing the 3D and basically torturing myself to see them together. I decided to block them both on social media and fully resist the urge to take a peek. I've not been bringing my SP up in conversation at all and immediately avert my thoughts when I begin to think about him. I have been doing this for around two months and feel SO much better- I have let go of negative emotions surrounding him, my anxiety has gotten so much better, and my self concept has skyrocketed. I thought I would never be able to get over this heartbreak but at this point I'd say confidently I am back to normal and completely fine on my own.
My issue now is that is I'm wondering if NOT checking the 3D is hindering my manifestation from coming in. I think everything I've been doing is a form of repression to heal, but now that I'm feeling much better, I'm wondering if it is time to unblock my SP and look at the 3D again. I mean, if I was really living in the end, I would be able to look at my SP on social media, even his posts with the 3P, without getting triggered as I know he is already mine, right? Especially if we were together- of course I would follow him on social media, talk about him, and think about him. So should I be doing that now?
What do I do? I don't want to put myself back in to a bad mental place with the 3P being thrown in my face by checking social media, I feel so free away from them both. On the other hand, I don't want to block my manifestation by not living in the end with my SP and still having these feelings where I don't want to look to avoid being triggered.

When I was a kid i was diagnosed with a Pyrrole disorder, meaning my body cant effectively absorb or use zinc or b6 from food sources. Throughout my childhood and early teen years i supplemented with a formulation of high dose zinc, b6, vit D etc and my mood problems/mental issues went away and I was much happier.
Around the age of 15- 16 i stopped taking the supplement, it was then around 17 that i started noticing my hair thinning a bit.
Fast forward to now (M19), i am now recently on the mend from my experience with finasteride, which i took 2 tablets of and experienced horrible side effects for months.
During this time my hair shedding stayed the same, and when i got my testosterone checked it was very low for someone my age, especially given my healthy lifestyle.
I am currently waiting for the blood work that will tell me my zinc level. While searching up symptoms of zinc deficiency, many of which I have (low test, joint pain, mental issues etc.) i stumbled upon the symptom of hair-loss, specifically diffuse thinning.
My thinning is all over my head, perhaps more on top and sides, its not terrible but my scalp is definitely more visible and my hair lacks volume compared to what it used to.
I guess my question is has anyone else experienced TE from low zinc or pyrrole disorder? If so how long did it take to regrow and does it sound similar to my situation?

You're one of those who have minimal awareness about their surroundings and by chance also the reason for my hatred of the human race. I would really love the opposite and I tried a lot of times to make good things to others. But it all ends with tears and hatred I feel to everybody, including myself. That obviously wasn't worth the years I spend repeating the process. In the end I have one real friend, and tons of failed stories. All I'm saying is - if interacting with people wasn't such an undescribable mess, I wouldn't be so discouraged to socialize and I wouldn't be so encouraged to think that you're most likely nothing but bad consequences for my life. All I wrote before might be true, might be false, might be enough or not. Even might be completely irrelevant, if the subject I kept mentioning was actually a surprisingly intelligent being, whose intentions are to doom everyone near and I've became a fool for falling into it. To be honest, my rightness is worthless here. Something far more valuable is the fact that this loop of poisoning everything is inevitable and it scares me. I’m really struggling with following through on a decision I’ve made. My boyfriend of 2 years recently started working for a company that requires him to travel a lot. He’s gone for weeks at a time and there’s not much communication because he’s constantly driving or working from 2:00 AM-8:00 AM. It’s been hard to make things work honestly. I went to visit him a few states away last week on my three consecutive days off. He asked me to come to work with him to keep him company, and his boss was okay with it so I did. I got tired of standing around so started helping. Long story short, I was offered a position with the company. Boyfriend wants me to do it and I really want to do it as well. It’s better money then what I’m making now, I’d get to travel which is all paid for, there’s quarterly bonuses, I’d be cutting back on my monthly spending and be able to save up to buy a house, etc. It’s literally everything I want. And here’s the problem…… the house I currently rent is a part of my current employment contract, meaning once I put my notice in I have 4 weeks to vacate the home. No biggie if it weren’t for my pets; 2 cats a dog. The hotel they have an agreement with allows pets at over 5,000 of their locations. However, there’s a large deposit per pet which makes it not worth it. Not to mention dragging 2 cats and a dog on a 8+ hour car ride and then leaving them in an unknown environment during working hours. It’s just not feasible. I really don’t want to get rid of my pets. I don’t know what to do.

- I adore my films so much so I studied it at university and now work within that industry. Some films I love are pans labyrinth, the wind rises, perfect blue, La La land and oldboy. I have a small collection of Blu-rays which is around 160 films which you can see on here. I’d love to hear about your favs and why
- My music taste is very much emo, alternative, rock and indie. Some bands/artists I listen to is my chemical romance, twenty one pilots, linkin park, enter shikari, Joji, eden and sleep token. Currently I’ve been listening to the new Fall out boy, paramore and pierce the veil albums. I love gigs, so much so I have 9 lined up this year so far.
- I like my video games as well. I mainly play single player games such as God of war, the last of us, hollow knight, and the Witcher to give some examples. Lately I’ve been playing Control, and Shadow of the Colossus
- I’m a big weeb, love anime and manga. Some of my fav anime’s are mob psycho 100, fullmetal alchemist brotherhood, Cowboy Bebop and devilman crybaby. As for what I’m watching right now, attack on Titan, bluelock and trigun Stampede
- As for manga Junji Ito’s work, I have a small collection of his work. Also, I enjoyed Haikyu!!, Demon slayer, Goodbye Eri, Look Back, Tokyo Ghoul. I’m currently keeping up with Jujutsu Kaisen, chainsaw man, Choujin X, and Kaiju No.8

Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) is an elusive beast that has eluded [official] detection for years. The current “big dog” Grand Theft Auto V was first released way back in September 2013, and has been available across two console generations (Xbox 360/PS3 and Xbox One/PS4). It will even be available natively on next-generation Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 consoles, which is quite unprecedented in the gaming realm. So, while Rockstar seems reticent to just letting us wait in agony for any news on GTA 6, it is at least giving us some new updates on its two current hot properties: GTA Online and Red Dead Online.
In the case of the incredibly popular (and highly lucrative) GTA Online, Rockstar says that a big “summer update” is coming for gamers with a “fun mix of diverse” content to partake in. Even more interesting is the fact that the developers indicate that its “biggest update ever” is coming before the end of 2020. That update will include new Heists that will take place in a completely new location, which has definitely piqued our interests.

Red Dead Online hasn’t exactly been teaming with new content, as the last big update for the online component of Red Dead Redemption 2 dropped way back in December 2019. However, Rockstar is promising a new Frontier Pursuit mode with a focus on “naturalism” and a new battle pass-type component, which is conveniently named Outlaw Pass. Finally, Rockstar says that it has addressed tons of bugs with the game and has taken community feedback to heart with this release, which is definitely appreciated.
In addition to the game updates on the way, Rockstar also took the time to address the well-being of its online communities. “We are also committed to ensuring that our games are fun for everyone and as safe as possible from modders, cheaters, hackers, and those who seek to harass other players,” said the company in its blog post.
“So far this year, we have taken action on hundreds of thousands of players caught violating community rules across both games. Please help us keep our communities safe and fun by reporting any sort of cheating either directly in-game or via our dedicated web reporting tools for both Red Dead Online and GTA Online.”
It's good to see that Rockstar is cracking down on those looking to spoil the fun for everyone, and its methods for “taking out” such offenders is among the best in the industry.

apologies if this comes off as whiney or privileged or whatever
i dealt with bullying a lot during highschool, so much that i missed most of my classes and turned to bad habits like procrastinating and honestly not giving a fuck about anything in general. i wanted to take a gap year to figure myself out, work full time and clear my mind but my parents made it clear that taking a gap year meant i'd have to move out without support from them. i dont know if its just a tradition for them to enter post secondary right away or what, but i gave in and now im in business barely sliding through.
its not that its hard, im doing decently okay except for one class (stressing so much abt it). but i just cant seem to find a purpose in anything. i dont want to work a desk job, i dont really 'enjoy' business. as much as im trying to, im almost done my first year and i still find myself questioning if im wasting my time. weird mid life crisis, i guess i should be happy that my parents want me to be successful, i just feel alone and im not sure what my place is in the world. something just feels wrong.
that being said, its expensive to switch programs. i already paid for one year so im debating just finishing my diploma and switching after? or maybe i'll take a break after and go back for degree later? ughhhh

I was always one of those plain girls growing up. My sisters always got compliments from family and my parents' friends since childhood, and I never did. Okay lang naman for me, kasi ako naman yung nac-compliment for being smart (then I grew up to not have big ambitions, so now I'm just the family disappointment HAHA.)
May time pa nga nung college when a guy friend was telling me how his type was smart and funny girls na malakas ang appeal... then suddenly paused and said "ikaw kasi wala kang ka-appeal appeal." Ginawa naming joke yon, tawa ako ng tawa, but when I got home that night gusto kong maiyak. And I didn't even like that guy romantically ha, besties kami pero it still hurt kasi that was a guy's honest opinion of me and so I internalized that this must be what every person thought of me.
After college I leaned into having a masculine image kasi sabi ko hindi naman ako pretty, edi maging pogi na lang ako haha. I cut my hair short, I wore boyish clothes, I basically wasn't feminine at all and yes it was comfortable, but it wasn't me. It wasn't me.
I was always the butterflies and unicorns girl growing up, but I felt like I wasn't pretty enough to deserve being feminine. And it took a while before I tried to reclaim that for me.
Today after ko maligo and mag-ayos with minimal makeup, I looked into the mirror and napa-"what the fuck" ako kasi? I look so cute? I legit thought to myself na what the fuck, I'm so hot?
Incidents like this are getting more frequent - I'd wake up, mag-aayos ng konti, and genuinely find myself pretty. For the first time in my almost 30 years of existence, I feel hot. I'm still very much the same 6/10 as I was before, I'm still the same short morena with a flat nose, but I can genuinely say that I love how I look now. This was a very long journey, but I've learned to love myself as I am. I'm still not one of those girls who could effortlessly draw the eyes of everyone in the room, but I no longer feel the need to hide myself away.
It's just... ewan. Of course healing isn't linear and yes I still get days where I feel like a shapeless slug, but I feel so happy with myself today.
