The reason why I'm still choosing to buy a macbook is for my personal files and the eCosyStEm hehe. I also do my video editing on mac os. I don't really know the difference between i5 16gb ram va i7 8gb ram. Which of the two would be better for me?

Try not to have a Dino Crisis during this week's action adjacent picture about dinosaurs and the men they stalk, Future War! Aliens in times past kidnapped humans to do their bidding, and now one of them has escaped. So we follow The Runaway (Daniel Bernhardt, Santa's Summer House, but also good movies and with a ton of behind the scenes credits as a fitness guru) as he bible quotes and kick boxes away from his pursuers in a movie that's going to constantly have you in utter disbelief that they made this thing. Together with former crackhead turned nearly nun Sister Ann (Travis Brooks Stewart, basically no film career), our hero must evade cyborg trackers and their dinosaur hounds to find safety. But the dinosaurs don't care who they have to kill to reach their goal, so a confrontation is inevitable.
But screw that, here's the good stuff. This is an awfully poorly made film from the guy who did the special dino effects in Carnosaur, giving him a direct link to Roger Corman. It stars Daniel Bernhardt, who has acted regularly over the years, including Santa's Summer House, but is now better known as a stuntman, trainer, and so forth. It also has a touch of Robert Z'Dar, whom we've seen in Soultaker and Samurai Cop, and if that's not enough for you, the "special appearance" actor listed in the credits, Mel Novak? He's in Samurai Cop 2, and has done multiple projects with Gerald Okamura from Samurai Cop. In other words, the cast is the most interesting thing about the film. The movie itself is poorly written, poorly acted, and does not quite Bert I Gordon level forced perspective work with its dino puppets. It's a rough one, though some people can find some charm in its earnest ineptitude. Not the director, though, he quit the movie before it was completed.
They don't quit the riff, early, thank goodness, though there's definitely a sense of irritation to it. Crow sets the bar pretty high during the opening credit roll when he refuses to acknowledge a credit, and to be fair, he wasn't out of line. This is a riff where they have to hold back their contempt for the movie, and for the most part they do, though this is one of those riffs where anyone who gets turned off by "fat guy" jokes may be unhappy. That aside, though, there's some really good stuff here. Bernhardt gives them the chance to make Van Damme jokes and accent jokes, and the whole nun angle gives the boys plenty of ammo as well. But whenever possible, they favor cracking on problems with the movie, like problems with the set, audio, or effects. I know some people would rather them aim for less obvious things, but there's at least one riff about a background door that had me rewinding to see what exactly there was to see about it, something that was kinda neat. In the end, you're pretty likely to be laughing regularly with this one, and that's before we count the things that happen outside the theater.
On the SOL, we start off by determining the nature of Ladyhood, before Pearl offers up psychedelic snacktime. After we witness the chilling effects of drugs on Bots, and the far more chilling attempts at Grateful Dead style synth rock by Bobo and Brain Dude, we're off to the theater. Next up, Servo channels ZZ Top to upgrade himself, only to invite hell onto himself via Gypsy. But on our next time through the SOL we slow down and somber up a bit, and take a little time to say thanks, even though it may not be necessary. Then, of course, we screw that nonsense, and take a pleasant diversion into the world of water with Corbett Crow's finest feature, his insanity and hyper fixation on ridiculous characters. Can't blame him, though, as Mike seems a little nutty in the final host segment, trying to get some laughs from strongly disapproving Bots with a novelty prosthetic, while Pearl has to end the episode by curtailing Bobo and Observer's musical dreams. A fitting end.
Combine some wacky outside of the theater stuff to some solid though mildly peeved riffing in it, and this is a GOOD episode of MST3K, and bound to rank higher with many fans, I'm sure.
Buy Future War if you're into: some notable riffed actors, a hilarious final fight with a great continuity issue, or some serious "man, there's no way they had permission to be in this building" vibes.
Skip Future War if you're not into: telling vs showing, some rough filmmaking, worse plot development, or dinosaurs that just don't dino very well.

So I understand that The Guardian creates two overlapping artificial steddings, one blocking mail channelers and one blocking female channelers. But the Ter'angreal also tracks people that channel, moving and changing color to represent male vs female allowing the attendants to triangulate the channelers location...
I also understand that Nynaeve was able to channel within Far Madding by use of a "well" that stored the one power.
However, I am confused about how so many others are able to channel within Far Madding.
In Winters Heart when Cadsuane enters Far Madding and we first get a glimpse of The Guardian we see it detect a male channeler and Cadsuane make a comment about them seeing a lot more male channelers lately.
My question is: How can so many people be channeling in Far Madding?
Does The Guardian detect channeling outside the anti-channeling bubbles? Does it detect channelers attempting to channel? What am I missing? I have read the books through many times but this has always been a little unclear to me.

Timestamps
pet/[email protected]/[email protected]/scent free household, and do not eat near computer area. The second hand items from the 12400 guy exude much less fragrance compared to when they were obtained (assuming his household laundry detergent or similar had fragrance as the source), and I doubt you'd sense it if your own living arrangements have any sort of scented items. They come with all original cables, boxes, manuals, etc I still have. If you want more information about anything, feel free to ask and it will be added. Selling because old 2010 pc with phenom ii x3, gtx460, and 8gb is sufficient for my use case, try for modern hardware again some other time.

msi b660m mortar wifi ddr4	mobo vrms have coil whine crackle-hum using turbo boost, most likely related to powerstate/frequency switching (disappears when fully loaded or not doing anything) or concurrent with putting load on the integrated graphics, tried a whole bunch of bios settings to stop it, C1E enabled reduces it. integrated graphics culprit unverified due to case and difficulty with it; haven't tested a discrete card to eliminate igpu cause. latest bios(v19) at the time is flashed, need earlier bios version for avx512 capability, tried to get that instruction set working but found out it involves tainting my kernel and i don't use windows but if you do, the only os-side step is to move the specific intel microcode file out of system32. replaced the ilm with the thermalright one. includes right angle usb3 header adapter.	100/100
msi b660m a pro ddr4 wifi	2nd hand from 12400 guy. has smudge on backside near cpu bracket from alcohol solubility test on the paint; backside is alcohol soluble. has same scent as others from him. he did a bad paste job on cpu area and shipped it that way, i cleaned it up (no socket pins got paste on them thankfully because he didn't remove cpu from the board) tested and it works. comes with windows 10 pro key. the m.2 wifi card was worked, but putting it back in this board... i didn't have enough finger dexterity. one of the contact n!pp!es is bent, needs to be bent back. can't get it back out to do that, stuck. includes piece of factory glue that goes between the contacts and holds the leads in place. treat as non wifi version with potential bonus for trying hard enough. anti static bag on one side MAY have trace of urushiol due to being blown away when airing out onto a patch of cracked concrete where two weeks previously had been a sprout which had been disposed of then the area alcohol-doused then two rainstorms. includes right angle usb3 header adapter.	80/70

sama im01	hohboy, man oh man, this case.... removing the front panel carefully according to the manual causes the top clips to break(so that's why it includes two spares), and is difficult to work in even though all sides but the back come off. can't put a discrete gpu in because it can't go into the slot all the way; something about the mobo tray being depressed or pci slot design prevents it. front left usb3.0 defective (blips then doesn't work) but the right one is functional. pci slot magnetic swinging screw cover hinge is a bit bent because the top and bottom packaging foam were switched in factory(foam cutouts did not align). matx mobo prevents bottom from having second fan if not want to risk mobo header bending.	60/30

Is it possible to upgrade the RAM to 32gb because I am unsure whether it will run at full speed due to the legion being a manufacturers product, using proprietary hardware, so can XMP be enabled for the new RAM or will the lack of this XMP option limit the speed?

Base Form

When fully depowered, Tentionmaru appears as a black stick figure. He is rarely seen in this form, however.

• Performs a combo on an opponent, cracking the ground and drawing blood before ascending into his Super Forms. [QB]
• After a short combo on a fodder enemy, he hits them with an energy-infused kick into a wall hard enough to crack it, killing them. He then hits another enemy with a charged energy punch, also sending them hard enough into a wall to kill them. [Z]
• Defeats several enemies using Rebellion and a handgun from Devil May Cry in the style of Dante. [DMC]

Super Forms

Tentionmaru is able to access three super forms beyond his base: blue, green, and red. Each of them greatly increase his power and speed.

Blue Form

Tentionmaru's most known form, so much so that many people assume it to be his Base Form. He has mastered it and can maintain it with little difficulty.

Strength

• Overwhelms Immortalis with sword strikes, then kicks him up into the air only to swing on him with his katana hard enough to leave a sizable crater in the ground. He then stabs Immortalis before cutting off his arm. They clash some more before Tentionmaru smashes Immortalis into the ground hard enough to make a crater using his katana. Doubles as a sword skill feat. [O]
• Tosses Immortalis into the air, hitting him with a rapid fire combo before kicking off his arm. He is then sent flying back through the hole in the wall he had been originally kicked through, with Immortalis grinding his body against the ground. Doubles as a durability feat. [O]
• Launches Centurion into the air with a punch, performing an air combo on him before sending him down onto the ground hard enough to crack the ground and draw blood. He then transforms his scarf into a scythe to bat away some shurikens and clash with Centurion's katana. Doubles as a scarf skill feat. [C]
• Crushes a shuriken in his hand. [C]
• Defeats two fodder enemies with rapid fire energy punches. He sends one flying into a wall with a small shockwave and the other into another wall hard enough to crack it. He then knocks a third enemy into the air for Nhazul to finish off. [Z]
• Performs a rapid fire combo of energy strikes on Immortalis, launching him into a wall hard enough to crack it and draw blood. [AI]
• Smashes apart the heads of two different opponents. [ZE]
• Assists a group of Gladiators in defeating the Imitator. He lands the final punch, sending the Imitator into a stone wall hard enough to leave a huge crater. [I]
• In his fight with Fitzy he knocks them around hard enough to draw blood before ultimately ripping their head off. [F]
• Hits Akujin with a series of energy-infused strikes. [RHC]
• Bears down on his opponent until they are reduced to a bloody paste. [DDC]
• Diverts an energy beam strong enough to cut through a small mountain with one hand. Doubles as a durability feat. [DDC2]
• After hitting the opponent with a barrage of strikes, hits them with a pelvic thrust that sends them flying off-screen. [DDC2]

• After being impaled by Immortalis' katana, has an energy attack powerful enough to crater him into the ground channeled through him. Tentionmaru then avoids his opponent's katana swings and then breaks the blade with a strike. Doubles as agility and strength feats. [O]
• Kicked through a stone wall by Immortalis, is beaten hard enough to draw blood, and slammed into the ground hard enough to crack it but immediately continues fighting. He throws Immortalis into a wall hard enough to draw blood and then jumps up into the air to perform an aerial slam that craters the ground. Doubles as strength and agility feats. [O]
• Sent flying by an energy-infused kick from Immortalis. [AI]
• Deflects Centurion's charged katana strike with just one arm. [C]
• While fighting an opponent is sent through a stone pillar with an energy-infused kick. He then attempts to resist a shot by a laser pistol but fails, taking the shot to the body instead. [BSE]
• Blocks Akujin's energy blast with just one arm. [RHC]
• Slashed twice and then stabbed by Akujin's blade and is fine. [RHC]

When a battle proves to be difficult for him, Tentionmaru assumes his Green Form. In this state he can perform flash steps and fire beams of green energy. It often proves to be able to defeat most foes that he struggles against in his Blue Form.

Red Form

Tentionmaru's strongest form, only used as a last result. He boasts an incredible amount of power in this state, able to generate dragon-shaped energy blasts that decimate his opponents.

• Flash steps behind Immortalis and knocks him into the air. After a series of strikes, he sends Immortalis above the clouds and then hits him with a charged energy punch, blasting him into the moon hard enough to leave a large, visible crater. [O]
• After charging up an energy ball from Blue Form all the way till Red Form, he fires it at Immortalis, who blocks it briefly before it turns into a dragon head that carries him off of the surface of the moon. It then detonates in a large explosion. [Ex]
• After performing a combo in base form, he rapidly transforms through all of his Super Forms until he reaches Red Form, annihilating the opponent with an energy-infused kick in the shape of a dragon. [QB]
• After regular strikes and an energy blast prove useless against Kaizen's Susano'o, he forms a gauntlet using his scarf and breaks through the Susano'o's defense. He then performs a flash step combo, ending with an energy beam attack in the shape of a dragon though Kaizen is left unharmed. Doubles as a scarf skill feat. [K]
• Manifests the spirit of a dragon upon transforming. He then begins to spin as the energy ball he threw into the air earlier hits his opponent on the head. Finally, he kicks them in the head as the energy ball strikes, causing the opponent to circle the world several times at such a speed that the planet splits in two. [DDC2]

During his fight with Kaizen, Tentionmaru performs the Fusion Dance with Nhazul to become Tenzul. It has only been seen once.

Hey, so my RX6950XT recently broke down and now I'm offered a replacement. I can either get a new 6950 for free or pay 100$ and get an RX7900XT. Should I take the offer or just stay with the 6950?
My system specs are: CPU ryzen 5 5600X RAM 32gb 3000MHZ dual channel PSU 750W Motherborad Aorus b550 elite v2

Trying to move my basic home network into either a pfSense or OpnSense build. I need 1g LAN + 5g wifi capability (using a 5g router as a AP) and also want to run IDS / IPS at some point. I also want to run some kind of pihole and probably most importantly a firewall rule that will force all clients to use this pihole or derivative and not allow them to use their own dns servers.
I'm looking at the hardware now and it seems you gotta spend almost 1k to get a 6 core i7. I have some spare hardware at home I think I could use... just buy a mini-itx motherboard and it would be superior to this. For example I have, lying around, a 3600X, 5600G, multiple samsung pro NVMe's and SSD's, atx psu's, g.skill 3600CL16 32GB ram kit, patriot 4400CL14 16GB ram kit, cases, multiple Noctua coolers (including an old d14 that will passively cool those amd cpu's just fine) etc etc. Power usage doesn't matter but I can undervolt them anyway.
I'm wondering if I go this route... presuming I buy an intel 4x1gbps NIC... what do I do about the ONT ethernet connection from the fibre converter box? Do I just plug it into LAN 1 on the NIC or do I need some kind of adapter? Is coreboot hard to flash or even required vs good old AMI bios?
The advantage of a custom build is I could do other stuff like hosting a Plex server (currently mine is a remote leaseweb dedi), print server, or anything else.
What I don't want is to buy a Protectli and then at some point it's running out of cpu power and then I'd have to completely reinstall and set up my network.
I also live in a neighbourhood that a paedophile lives in. He's been convicted 4 times, including two prison stints, and every time he comes out my wifi comes under attack and I have to remove the wifi extender from my network because it seems to run separately from my router (for example last night there were 4 clients on the extender network list despite I only have 3 wifi clients in my house, all 4 had different ip's and mac addresses to the clients shown on my router wifi list). If they gain access to my network and use it for...their crimes... I'm liable because it's my network. Maybe that explains why I'm so paranoid atm.
I would like to disable DHCP completely and give each known client it's own static ip. I have two TV's and a gaming PC on LAN, and then a phone and an ipad and a kindle on wifi.
Does all of this make sense? Custom vs appliance? It would be so much simpler just to not bother with wifi at all but this makes life difficult.
From what I gather, I need.
Fibre > custom firewall / Protectli etc > 1g LAN Switch (any recommendations?) + wifi router in AP mode > clients.
I have a basic 4 port netgear switch but I'm not sure if it's good enough for this usage?

Before the fourth season of Big City Greens premieres in September on Disney Channel and as another season of The Loud House begins on Nickelodeon, it seems that a lot of speculation over the future of both cartoons have been surging. This is because it's been over a year since The Loud House was renewed for a seventh season, however this season has a 20-episode order, making it 6 episodes shorter than the first six seasons, which have 26 episodes each, also its spin-off The Casagrandes ended after only 3 seasons, whereas Big City Greens is probably ineligible for a fifth season due to Disney's unstated four-season limit, therefore, having the upcoming Big City Greens Movie to be speculated as the series finale.
We all know that other hits such as Gravity Falls, The Amazing World of Gumball, Star Vs The Forces Of Evil, Steven Universe, Harvey Beaks, It's Pony, Amphibia, and The Owl House have ended, Craig Of The Creek is also revealed to end after its fifth season, leaving both The Loud House and Big City Greens behind. If both upcoming seasons of both animated shows are announced to be their respective last seasons, it will close this very great era of cartoons, consisting of these two and the many other cartoons mentioned above.
One by one, the "Gravity Falls" era cartoons have disappeared, are disappearing, and will disappear before our very eyes. The days, weeks, months, and years pass by so quickly that sometimes we forget to cherish the cartoons we already have because they will soon be gone one day. But as a new day begins, a new chapter of the animated industry begins. There will be new stories to tell, The Ghost and Molly McGee, Hamster and Gretel, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur, Kiff, Hailey's On It, Big Nate, The Twisted Timeline of Sammy and Raj, Monster High, Primos, The Heroic Quest of the Valiant Prince Invadoe, Battu, Invicible Fight Girl, etc. I hope the next generation of cartoons will be yet another big and exciting era for the industry.

It is not very common so doesn't really cause any major issues but it will be better if I can limit RAM usage of VS Code to something like 2GB.
