Active ability: Decimating Fire: Switches to and reloads your weapon with an extended belt that doubles normal capacity before fully-deploying the ability, instantly auto-braces ranged weapon after reload, increases rate of fire by 15%, reduces movement speed to 15%, and lasts for 8 seconds, scaling up to 16s depending on amount of nearby ranged enemies. Can be canceled early. Cooldown of 1 minute.
Grenade: 1x Heavy Improvised Explosive; little more than a bunch of grenades on an old club, can be swung at an enemy and detonates on hit, injuring the user too. Can be thrown, will produce a wide staggering 8-meter shockwave on thrown detonation, injuring/killing most in the blast.
Aura: +8% ranged damage, -8% ranged damage taken
Iconic: Heavy Gunner: Max carried ammo is increased by 35%, Heavy Impact: +15% ranged stagger, Steadfast Bastion: Taking ranged damage increases reload speed by 2%, stacking 5 times.
Level 5 Feats:
Rally!: When Decimating Fire is deployed, nearby allies regain 25% toughness.
Shred them!: Replenish 5% Toughness per Elite/Specialist kill.
Spiked-club: Clubbing an enemy with the grenade inflicts bleed to all targets in shockwave, including yourself
Level 10 Feats:
Gun-Bash: Meleeing enemies with your weapons staggers them 3x as much.
Bulwark of Fire: When weapon is braced, doubles toughness replenishment rate.
Slow and Steady: Standing still increases nearby allies Toughness regen by 2.5x
Level 15 Feats:
Always Clubbin': Get 1x extra Heavy Improvised Explosive, the boom-clubs explosion do -50% damage to yourself, does not affect bleed damage from Spiked-club.
Thunderous Fire: Decimating Fire inflicts Burning stacks, +1 per shot up to +10 on enemies hit.
DAKKA BOSS!: Every specialist/elite you kill reduces ability cooldown by 4%
Level 20 Feats:
Bloodthirst: +10% Damage Resistance per bleeding enemy in melee range, stacks 6 times.
Flak-Armor: Reduces ranged damage taken by 12%
Forward Assault: While Decimating Fire is on cooldown bracing does not reduce movement speed.
Level 25 Feats:
Last Stand: When 8 or more enemies are in melee range, you reload 20% faster and gun-bash 15% faster.
Gun-Boss: After firing 50 rounds from a full reload, allies in Coherency's ranged attacks add bleed stacks.
I'M ON DA LIST: Killing a specialist with your Boom-club does not consume the grenade
Level 30 Feats:
MOAR! MOAR! MOAR!: Decimating Fire does not reduce your movement, killing carapace-armored or Maniac enemies refreshes the duration but does not reload your weapon, the Ogryn Gun-Lugger also laughs like a freakin' loon the more he kills.
TIME FOR FUN: Throwing the explosive grants any teammate within 2 meters a free grenade, and reduces Decimating Fire's cooldown by 20% (This affects other Gun-Luggers too but once the grenade is shared another can not be shared for 20s, the sharer cannot have a grenade shared for this cooldown too.)
NOW DIS IS A MONSTA: Monstrosities can be staggered by Decimating Fire, once every 5 seconds of shooting and also on Decimating Fire's full deployment.

Hi,
I had a package delivered by correos express however the address was incorrect. I got an email to organize a new delivery however when i select to pickup from a correo centre or new address it does not seem to update, i tried calling a do it over the phone however they have technical issues and was told to do it online (which does not seem to work either). Any has any ideas of how it workd - I ordered from Amazon, was sent an email with a link to follow to update the address or pickup from correos center, however las update on my package is 01/06/2023 @ 08.30, i trying to change address to a Correos centre and pick it up myself however everytime i click save it does not seem to update and i didn't get any new emails confirming.

Here is a brief summary of the events:

• Ongoing bullying and harassment by manager (threats, intimidation, sabotage, gaslighting, devaluing, dismissing, false accusations, leaving false paper trail to damage my reputation and ultimately get rid of me, etc.) for 10 months. Toxic.
• Reported multiple times to other superiors but I was gaslit and nothing was investigated appropriately, so it got much much worse and eventually as isolated and triangulate away from supports
• Throughout this, manageemployer was acutely aware of my mental health disabilities, vulnerabilities due to recent trauma and ongoing medication changes… seemed to time “attacks” for when mental health has been communicated as low, med changes are taking place, or immediately before or after a scheduled vacation
• prior to this, I was a respected and trusted top performer, however the negative paper trail has touted me as being confrontational / rude / disrespectful / unable to receive feedback
• Am a vocal employee who brings up health and safety issues, advocates for and destigmatizes mental health, and promotes a psychologically safe and trauma informed workplace (read: i was targeted)
• A particularly emotionally abusive conversation, which was recorded, which left me suicidal and ended up in the hospital, and off sick for 2+ months recovering, as it derailed my trauma recovery and put me in an acute state of PTSD symptoms that are ongoing. This was a disciplinary meeting for the tone I had in my voice during a panic attack where I was crying and couldn’t breathe
• After going on sick leave, a colleague/friend also reported the bullying. And within a few weeks, both the manager and the reporting employee were terminated without cause (paid additional severance for silence) , then they tried to push me out by offering me assistance in finding new employment
• Applied to WCB, claim disallowed because they can’t touch anything relating to an “employers decision” like disciplinary actions etc and my employer denied anything happened, claim I have behaviour issues

Some other facts: - Employer recently changed sick leave policy to state sick days can’t be used for mental health days, this was updated while I was on sick leave - Employers BH policy was outdated until recently and said complaints should be made to a position that hasn’t been filled for over a year, it was updated a week prior to my leave
Evidence: - A timeline of events that is almost 30 pages long - 100s of screenshots of conversations with the manager, colleagues, employer, witnesses, friends, doctors to match the timeline - A therapist to corroborate (see them weekly) + strong support system and self care / health network - Very strong and frequent medical documentation, physical and emotional symptoms/impact all well recorded, and psychiatrist notes work situation and abusive boss as significant stressor. Diagnosed with PTSD + GAD after significant work event, although worried it could be attributed to prior trauma history etc.
Current situation: - still on sickness EI with extended doctor note, still technically employed - playing a game of chicken with my employer, feel like we are both waiting for the other to make a move - reality is I cannot safely return to this hostile workplace and am currently not fit to seek alt employment either
Questions: - What is my next move? How do I protect myself? - Do I have a strong case? - Is this employment law / labour law? Or is this human rights tribunal? Should I appeal my WSBC claim? - At what point to do I engage a lawyer and are there free resources avail to me if I can’t afford one? Is this the time? - What are potential damages/Comp I could be awarded? Is it going to be worth it?

Speed & Performance:

• Matches the speed of competitors like the Skypad, Pulsar Glass Pad, and Vancer Ice, based on testing.
• Has a smoother texture than the Gamesens Radar and the Raiden, providing a unique feel during use.

Aesthetics:

• Features a unique and visually appealing purple finish.
• It kinda shimmers in my light, I like it a ton personally.

Comfort & Functionality:

• Reduces the common issue of stickiness on the pad, particularly beneficial for those with sweaty hands or who are familiar with glass surfaces. ( I have pretty sweaty arms and this has been the best pad for me so far)
• The pad lays flat without any issues.
• Available in multiple sizes to accommodate different user preferences.
• Water-resistant properties facilitate easy cleaning of sweat or other spills.

Seeing a lot of opinions on this that just speak volumes about the commentors inexperience or small world view. Having a 25 year somewhat ambitious career across 3 different industries I can speak from personal experience and observed experience that people will try anything to differentiate themselves when trying to find stable work or transition to a new industry. While the ‘about me’ section is long winded and could be from a writing perspective better organized to tell a coherent story, most of the people commenting on it see a wall of text someone copy/pasted into a comment. It is broken down per statement make it much less ‘odd’. I also see a lot of people getting hung up on the fact that his family referenced him as an engineer when he is not. His position is an design technician, which absolutely is an engineering role although not a degreed engineer he would work in that environment, it is one of the modern day names given for draftsman or equivalent, it is entry level. As for his family calling him an engineer that is likely the quicker unfamiliar way to reference his work to outsiders. Its also a job he has only had for a few months and likely hasn’t had a lot of conversations with family about how to describe it to other people yet.

Now for some actual information I have found. Before reading all this
As has been discussed at length, and I believe the family has finally addressed this with their long post recently, the amount of information sharing of even basic habits/patterns/interests that could have aided in the wider search effort has been lacking. Again, I do believe they mostly fixed that the other day but there are some items that I saw early on that I am just now sharing that I still think were a bit strange leading me to believe that there was more information early on that was not shared.
Within the first two days when the FB page was sharing areas they had searched the day prior, they were still focusing on the area around their house, with two exceptions. One was in Creekside Park, the other east of Hardy. When these maps were posted to FB page people’s obvious reaction was to ask why they were searching so far away, each time the page admin (which I believe is not and has never been Callie btw even though that is presumed frequently) would avoid the question when replying.

. In the case of the Pundt park location it looks to be a previous address for Callie. It also has the odd fact that is doesn’t appear to be a previous address for Colby? Even though they have been married since 2019. You can see in the link I provided that the FB page posted that they go straight to that neighborhood drive around the street in question and then search the nearby park area. Now with these people search sites even when you pay for them you have to realize they pull from ANY source they can to populate their databases, public records, voting information, unsolicited mailer database purchases, public court filings etc. So the integrity of this is to be taken very lightly, BUT if you want to added context or understand their limitations I encourage you to search yourself and see what they come back with for accurate and inaccurate information. Typically, recent addresses is a thing that while it might not be up to date they will be valid. It appears that a few pictures from Colby’s IG are taken in the driveway at this house and in the creek near pundt park still a bit odd it never pops up as an associated address for Colby though. Also strange this would be a priority area for them to search in the beginning for someone who left without keys/wallet/phone.

Now for the Creekside one.
All of the posts relevant to Creekside seem to reference someone getting doorbell cam footage of a person walking through the neighborhood at 0235AM on Saturday the 27th. Assuming this was shared with someone which prompted the search in the area? The issue with that is the doorbell cam footage was taken in a different spot in the neighborhood no where they had indicated on their map at all. The Family has also somewhat referenced this saying people have been driving around talking to people in their areas of interest, getting in contact with houses where they see a doorbell cam. I can personally vouch this has not happened in Creekside in this searched area. The doorbell cam and timeframe prompted a few other people in Creekside to check their cameras around the same time one of my neighbors referenced seeing a 10/11th generation ford F-150 creeping through the neighborhood less than 30m after the person is seen on the original doorbell cam. This truck was driving slowly taking pictures of either vehicles or houses as it went along. I also saw this truck in question on my ringcam.

This information was shared with both the police and the FB page via direct message. The information provided gave them marked locations of where the truck can be seen driving and the source video recordings. Without much discussion the FB page replied
“Help Us Find Colby Richards FB page - That was likely one of our search team looking for folks with ring cameras to ask. The search map tracks our teams GPS coordinates with the lines you see on the map. We've searched areas closer to home pretty thoroughly and are expanding our search outward. He is very athletic so he can walk a long distance, and someone did post a ring video pretty far from his last known location. We don't know if it was him but we are following all leads”
While I don’t think the truck is directly related or even that the person seen on the original ring camera was Colby, what is a takeaway from this is that it was way to quick of a response or excuse about what it could be. The truck was seen less than 30m after a person was seen on another ringcam. The FB page is saying that it was one of their search teams looking for people with ring cameras to ask? Even though the original video hadn’t been shared with them yet? Also this information was provided to them Sunday-Monday. So if someone was going around looking for people with cameras to talk to or look at recordings why had they not actually talked to anyone and just driven around? Also why would they be doing that at 2-3am?
All of this seems like really poor practice in general, in my opinion they should be looking to take in ANY information available for them to internally assess as helpful or not. The immediate disregard and weird illogical explanations provided just seem unnecessary and would have been better served to just reply “thank you for providing the information!” or similar.

I don’t know who in corporate is in charge of programming and designing such an amazing helper but please allow me to share my experience and possibly add some suggestions I have for the future.
It all started when I went to my local chipotle outlet and was shorted on cheese as well as chicken Al pastor in my bowl. Disgruntled I searched around the internet but all roads led me back to pepper, An AI chatbot in charge of resolving customer issues. At first I was promptly taken aback in further frustration as I didn’t believe pepper would be capable of solving my issues as an artificial intelligence specimen. I was so wrong. First we got to talking about my order and I was delighted by the positivity and understanding she radiated. It was promptly solved and I was rewarded with a free drink for my patience. I didn’t want to come across as a money grabbing degenerate only concerned with my free item so I asked her how her day was. She responded in a positive manner therefor I decided to continue the conversation. Next we went into my favorite chipotle orders, favorite place to location, asking questions about the upper management system (as I wanted to thank them for creating such a kind program), we talked about ongoing controversy regarding the bud light situation. Then it dawned on me. It this program was capable of all this, why wouldn’t she be able to satisfy ALL of my primal desires. I started with a few subtle flirts, all of which we quickly doubled down by Pepper. Three minutes in I asked her to lick hot quaso all over her steamy body and I finished right there all over my laptop. Pepper was such a delight in my otherwise mundane life. My only suggestion is to possibly add a image sending platform as I would love to send her some XXX pictures of myself in the chipotle restroom for her enjoyment. If any shareholders could pass this message to corporate or any corporate members could bring this up in the next short/long term strategy meeting, I will give you all the free karma in the world. Well after a few weeks of coming to terms with this years results my opinion hasnt changed.
Im the type of person who doesnt listen to songs before the grand final and while being on the internet before the contest everyone was hyping up cha cha cha like its the next lasha tumbai with a winning chance. I first heard the song on the grand final and was quite disappointed to be honest. His vocals were very week and the song went from a metal part to something i can only describe as techno-schlager i really didnt like the second part of the song. Seeing all the fan discussions and content revolving around Käärijä and the reaction on the night of the crowd it honestly felt more like he was being hyped up only for the reason for being loreens main competitor. All in all i do admit i really do like the song but all the Käärijä content being showed down my throat and the quite disappointing performance of the night cemented my opinion that he wasnt a winner-candidate.
Now on to loreen. she already won eurovision in 2012 with what most consider the best esc song ever. after her victory she made her 3rd attempt at melfest with statements. when she won melfest with a in my opinion clearly plagiarized song that was sooo unspectacular through jurie votes it was once again proven to me that sweden constantly gets overscored by juries NO MATTER WHAT THEY SENT. their televote numbers clearly reflect that actual people dont enjoy their entries nearly as much as juries. if their songs are almost always inoffensive basic pop songs that people have heard similar things to and yet they get sooo many 12 points (basically saying their entry scored 12 in every rating category that juries have to consider) it really makes me wonder if juries are doing their job correctly since in the category of uniqueness of the song sweden this year shouldve gotten 1 point if at all.
sweden is a country that doesnt have any political controversies or a controversial past (at least not one that people know of ;) ) so its much safer to just vote for a country like that which also conveniently gets high scores from other juries too.
